1) Helping Hands Community Services is an organization Offering family support services aimed at strengthening bonds and promoting well-being. At HHCS we offer a wide range of services to restore stability and hope in the lives of children, youth, adults, and families in Edmonton and Neighboring Communities. Our staff are professional individuals, who help our families find the best strategies to meet their child’s emotional needs in times of absolute crisis. If you or someone you know is in need, we would be happy to help.

We provide family support services that help families flourish and grow together.

Our services include:

  1.Group Care: Our group care services operate under solution-focused approach to working with children, youth, and families. Our program includes taking care for children and youth, who struggle with emotional, behavioral, and/or psychiatric difficulties.

  2.Supervised Visitation: Our supervised visitation program is designed to provide clients with a safely supervised access time between children and non-custodial family members. 

  3.24/7 Child And Youth Support Program: Our 24/7 support program offers continuous support and assistance for the clients in need. 


2) They have progressed a lot since going online as before the people needed to visit their office to get information about the services but from the time they have been online, families can get information about their services on their websites as well they can contact them online by filling out a form on their website.

They got their website after two months of the company being opened. The website was published in November 2024. They don't have a mobile app till now as they are still working to grow their website.



3) They have been benefitted from E-Business in several ways:

    1.Recruitment: They can post job offers on different websites such as indeed, LinkedIn. Recruiting            their staff online is much easier than in person recruiting. 

    2. Scheduling; company can provide their staff schedule online on websites such as bright HR

    3. Customer complaint services: childcare is really sensitive job and number of times guardians are            unhappy with the services. so to deal with this problem company can register the complaints                  online so that future causalities can be ignored.

 E-commerce Security and Payment methods While paying through our website the client has to fill billing address for security purposes and after making the payment the funds will be on hold for a 1-2 business days for verification and security purposes.   To help our clients, we have an option of third party payments.  We accept debit and credit payments. For credit payments, we charge some extra fees which will be mentioned during the time of payment. We have various payment methods to accommodate our clients' need. We also have installment plans to aid our clients with their finances.
